Many clients opt for individual private coaching to focus on a specific health and wellness goal, in a supportive, private, and confidential setting.

Healthy in the Middle’s premium program ‘Your Healthy Midlife’ supports you to create a rhythm of sustainable healthy habits that work for you. This is a 12-week program comprising a comprehensive midlife health curriculum and health and wellness coaching.

The program will help you to understand the significant changes taking place in your body during midlife, supporting and empowering you to reset, reprioritise, and step into a season of renewed health.

The program focuses on holistic health and wellness, whilst supporting you to target a specific area such as weight loss, starting an exercise program, lowering your cholesterol levels, macronutrient awareness or improving bone health and muscle mass.

Clients completing this program lose weight, lower cholesterol and find new ways of integrating healthy habits into their lifestyle.

Cost $1,500

This 4-week program ‘Macros for Midlife’ supports midlife women with applying macronutrients principles to their nutrition. This program is a great introduction to understanding macronutrients and supports a range of goals including weight loss, maintaining pre-menopausal weight, optimising nutrition, preventing and managing chronic disease or understanding how to fuel your body and boost metabolism.

Through understanding macronutrients and the role they play in our midlife body you will gain an understanding of how being micronutrient and macronutrient-aware can enhance weight loss, personalised nutrition and body composition. You will learn how to implement macro-nutrition principles into your own lifestyle and explore a range of different approaches to suit different needs.

This program is delivered in a small group setting. Private 1:1 macro-coaching can be added to support you to implement a macro-based approach to meet your weight loss goals or nutrition plans.
