All women will experience menopause during their lifetime, yet many are unprepared for this season of life.

During the Menopause Transition many women experience a sense of overwhelm at the myriad of physical and emotional changes.

Many women spend months, or even years in the dark, with no idea that the symptoms and feelings they are experiencing are all a part of the menopause transition.

Typically, women are shocked to learn that symptoms can start in our 40’s and that the symptoms can have a significant effect on our mental wellbeing.

Unfortunately, many of us will experience troublesome symptoms that have a negative impact on our quality of life as our bodies (and minds) undergo significant changes.

Understanding what is happening to our body helps to reduce the confusion and overwhelm. Having a Nurse and Health Coach to walk alongside you, providing support and information makes a huge difference.

Personalised Menopause Health Assessment

The Menopause Health Assessment is provided in a single 90-minute virtual health coaching session.

Utilising an evidence-based comprehensive Menopause Health Assessment, we will explore your unique health circumstances to provide you with a personal Menopause Health Assessment.

The Menopause Health Assessment supports you to:

  • Gain clarity and remove confusion about the impact of your individual menopause transition on your holistic wellbeing
  • Receive personalised recommendations to prioritise and enhance your wellness journey through perimenopause and beyond
  • Provides a summary of personal, relevant information to inform and assist your health care provider
  • Empower you to approach discussions with your healthcare provider confidently with the right information
  • Equip you to prioritise your unique essential health and wellness activities
  • Explore your peri/menopause concerns with a trained professional, in a private and confidential space

Personalised menopause health assessment by a health coach.
After the Menopause Health Assessment, you will be provided with a copy of your Individual Menopause Assessment to inform next steps.
You may wish to take your assessment to discuss with your GP / health care provider, or you may wish to use the assessment as the first step on your journey with Menopause Coaching.

Essentials of Midlife Health and Wellness through Perimenopause & Menopause

This 4-week program supports midlife women to understand the Essentials of Midlife Health and Wellness and beyond.

The program equips you with understanding the significant changes to your midlife body and mind and the changing priorities for midlife health and wellbeing.

You will be equipped and empowered to explore strategies to support your future health through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.

This program is delivered in a small group setting.

Cost $250 (group program only without private coaching).
