Welcome to Healthy in the Middle, a nurse-led, health and wellness coaching and education service, focused on supporting the health and wellness of women.
As women, we are susceptible to specific health and wellness challenges. The female body is fascinating, but it has limitations, and we are all unique. From endometriosis to infertility, perimenopause to menopause or cancer to chronic disease… we may go through a lot of changes and health challenges throughout our lifespan.
Regardless of our medical history, fitness and routines, our health and wellness is not a linear experience; our body changes a lot throughout our lifetime. We know we gain better health outcomes through anticipated and unexpected health transitions when working with our bodies.
Whether our body is changing due to a natural menopause, surgery, a cancer diagnosis or chronic disease, it can be an extremely challenging and distressing experience. Through Healthy in the Middle programs and services, Claire can help you understand and apply targeted strategies to improve your health along the way.
